Following a busy year, messagehub
would like to update customers on the results from the annual customer
survey.
As usual, the mesagehub customer survey was conducted
last month and we are pleased to announce great results.
messagehub would like to thank all those who responded
to the customer survey in November. These surveys help us to ensure that
our current service is improved where possible and feedback is
invaluable in this area so thank you to all those who participated.
The results were once again extremely positive and
analysis of them will help messagehub to further improve our service in
2008.
Overall customer satisfaction was rated at 89% this
year which is a further improvement on last years results. In
addition, 80% of customers would highly recommend messagehub which once
again is a great result but also one that can be improved upon next
year.
One things that is clear from the survey is that
customers have a wish to extend their relationship with messagehub and
to play an active roll in expanding our product portfolio.
Naturally we are delighted with this and grateful to receive any
suggestions from customers for additions to our product range.
